Note: The NextGen Bar Exam rolls out in July 2026 in six states - Connecticut, Idaho, Maryland, Missouri, Oregon, and Washington—plus Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the Virgin Islands. MBE-style questions will appear on the NextGen Bar Exam alongside other question types.
